Effective immediately, Memorandum Circular No. 94-001 is hereby amended to include taxis (ordinary and airconditioned) as among the types of service required to give fare discounts to disabled persons by not including the additional amounts of P7.50 for ordinary and P12.50 for airconditioned taxis in the fares registered in the taximeters.
