ADDENDUM TO DECS ORDER NO. 47, S. 1999 (GUIDELINES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CY 1999 APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF SCHOOL BUILDINGS)
1. Sanitary facilities such as toilets, handwashing and drinking facilities (faucets) and schools water system, may be included among the projects funded from the lumpsum appropriation for the repair and maintenance of school buildings in the DECS budget for CY 1999.
2. Immediate dissemination of this Order is desired.
