Based on the investigation report submitted by the Internal Inquiry and Prosecution Division, CIIS, dated 18 October 1994 regarding the release from the MICP of one (1) x 20 container under Entry 57793, Series of 1992, but were intercepted by the EIIB and found to have been grossly misdeclared, the following persons are hereby perpetually barred from entering Customs Zones and from transacting business with the Bureau of Customs, to wit:

d. ELVIRA CASTILLO
e. REYNALDO L. CRUZ
