RESOLUTION NO. R-853, AMENDMENT TO THE IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR FARMLOT SUBDIVISIONS



Quoted hereunder is HLURB Board Resolution No. R-853, Series of 2010, Amend- ment to the Implementing Rules and Regulations for Farmlot Subdivisions, which was approved by the Board on 15 March 2010:

WHEREAS, the Board is mandated to conduct a periodic review of its policies;

WHEREAS, there is a need to protect the environment and to maintain the agricultural character of the farmlot subdivisions;

WHEREFORE, RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved that the minimum lot area for farmlot subdivisions be amended from 750 sq.m. to 1,000 sq.m., and that a certified true copy of an Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) or Certificate of Non-Coverage duly issued by the Dept. of Environment & Natural Resources (DENR) be required in the issuance of Certificate of Registration and License to Sell (CR/LS).

RESOLVED further that the 25% restriction on buildable area be annotated at the back of the title.
