Pursuant to the June 04, 1999 certification and recommendation of the members of the Developmental Program Committee, the following shall be the provisional guidelines for the importation of legal copies of VRB reviewed, classified and approved videogram titles by the licensed distributors thereof, to wit:

1. The title or titles and the quantity of copies per title shall be properly indicated;

2. The importer should be the licensed distributor for such title (s) as reflected in the records of the Board;

3. The importation shall be charged a corresponding Clearance Fee of P250.00 per shipment.

All other videogram titles, pending review, classification and approval by the Board or not yet applied videogram review and classification, are excluded from this coverage. The latter shall be segregated and processed in accordance with Memorandum Circular No. 96-001.

This circular shall take effect immediately and shall be applied until such time as the Board has fully rationalized in a resolution the fees and charges being imposed on clearances on imported videograms.
