It has been observed that a member of accredited training centers have failed to submit reports of their graduates on time while others have submitted reports which do not conform with the prescribed forms.

In view of the above, all concerned maritime training centers are hereby ordered to strictly comply with NTC Memorandum Circular No. 09, Series of 1997. Failure of concerned maritime training centers to submit the required monthly and quarterly reports of graduates shall be a ground for withholding of renewal or immediate suspension if the case warrants, of accreditation of those courses not properly reported in accordance with the said Memorandum Circular.
