In the best interest of the service and in order to avoid confusion in the determination of the year model of the motor vehicles, as discussed during the TDOAP Conference, the following shall be the year models of the motor vehicles:

1. new motor vehicles-year of manufacture;
2. rebuilt motor vehicles - year of rebuilt; and
3. used imported motor vehicles - the year of- manufacture specified in. the documents from the country of origin.
