The conduct of jobs fairs during weekends and holidays may be allowed subject the agencies' full compliance with the requirements for the issuance of Jobs Fair Authority (JFA).

POEA personnel deployed to monitor and supervise jobs fairs conducted during nan working days may be entitled to overtime pay, subject to availability of funds or compensatory day off, subject to clearance with their respective supervisors.
