Further to Memorandum Circular No. 01, Series of 2011, providing for the restoration of the validation system for exit clearances at the Labor Assistance Center (LAC) at the Airports, licensed landbased agencies are no longer required to submit monthly deployment reports via electronic mail or thru diskette to the Inspection Division, Licensing Branch effective immediately.

On the other hand, licensed manning agencies are required to submit weekly deployment reports to the LAC for data capture and statistical purposes pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 3, Series of 2011.
