ROUTES OPEN FOR ISSUANCE OF CPC UNDER THE PUJ COLORUM LEGALIZATION PROGRAM IN CORDILLERA ADMINISTRATIVE REGION AS PER MC 2006-072



In view of the submission by the Regional Director of the DOTC-CAR of the Reports/Results of the Route Measured Capacity (RMC) conducted by the concerned personnel last November 23-27, 2009 on the proposed routes under the PUJ COLORUM LEGALIZATION PROGRAM as per MC 2006-072 and in consonance with Department Memorandum dated June 8, 2007, this Board resolves to allow the acceptance for filing of Application for Issuance of Certificate of Public Convenience (CPC) in CAR on the following routes and corresponding number of units available.

 
Baugan, Baculangan Sur – Abatan via Cayapas (all in the Municipality of Buguias, Benguet) 3 units


Bontoc – Mainit (all in the Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province) 2 units


Bana-ao – Tadian (all in the Municipality of Tadian, Mountain Province) 2 units


Pangweo Besao – Bontoc via Laylaya – Bana-ao – Catengan – Bunga (all in Mountain Province) 8 units


Bana-ao Tadian, Mountain Province – Mankayan, Benguet 4 units

Accordingly, for purposes of proper information dissemination and transparency, the Regional Director is hereby ordered to publish in newspapers of general circulation, within their respective region. The acceptance of application shall be effective fifteen (15) days after the said publication.

All issuances inconsistent herewith are hereby superseded and amended accordingly.

This Memorandum Circular shall take effect fifteen (15) days following its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
