STORAGE FEES IMPOSED BY THE VIDEOGRAM REGULATORY BOARD IN ITS PREMISES



Please be advised that the following Board Resolution No. 95-06-79 was approved by the Videogram Regulatory Board during its Regular Meeting on June 26, 1995 held at the Conference Room, 11th Floor Agustin I Building, Emerald Avenue, Pasig Metro Manila, to wit:

"RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, that in order to clear the storage space in the VRB premises, the Board imposes the following storage fees, to wit:

For Laser Discs 30 cents per day per piece
   
For Videogram Tapes 10 cents per day per piece

These storage fees shall be implemented one (1) week from notice of the resolution of the administrative case by the Legal Services Division providing for the release of the seized items.

Resolved, further, that videogram tapes or laser discs not claimed within the following period from notice of resolution shall be automatically forfeited in favor of the government:

90 days For video establishments situated in Luzon and Metro Manila
   
120 days For video establishments situated in the Visayas and Mindanao"

This shall take effect immediately.
