In view of the prevailing crisis and paramount security measures being implemented in the area, all concerned shipping operators are directed to cooperate and comply with the orders, directives, and agreements arrived at by the Zamboanga City Crisis Management Committee within the affected areas. It is further informed that given the unavoidable deviations from the schedule of trips/sailing frequencies of ships brought about by this situation, affected shipping operators are neither required to secure a Special Permit nor be imposed the prescribed fees and penalties on account of these eventualities.

As soon as complete normalcy is achieved in the area, an appropriate Advisory will be issued in due course.

This Advisory takes effect immediately upon publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
