Pursuant to Executive Order No. 159 dated February 23, 1994 in relation to Sections 608 and 3302 of the Tariff and Customs Code of the Philippines, as amended, there shall be charged and collected for services rendered and/or documents issued the amount described as follows:

— For the transshipment of cigars and/or cigarette therein contained, from one foreign vessel to another foreign vessel, the peso equivalent of one U.S. Dollar ($1.00) per carton of fifty reams.

All orders, rules and regulations inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed, modified or amended accordingly.

This order shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its approval and publication in the Official Gazette or in two (2) newspaper of general publication.
