(NAR) VOL. 25 NO. 2 / APRIL - JUNE 2014

[ MARINA ADVISORY NO. 2014-08, April 08, 2014 ]

REMOVAL OF VALIDITY/EXPIRATION DATE ON THE ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE OF MARINE PROFESSION (CMP) PURSUANT TO MARINA CIRCULAR NO. 2012-03

Adopted: 08 April 2014
Date Filed: 03 June 2014

Notice is hereby given that the Validity on the Certificate of Marine Profession (CMP) issued pursuant to MARINA Circular No. 2012-03 which was approved on 04 July 2012, has been REMOVED. Likewise, CMPs issued previously shall be treated as if there is no validity date on the certificate so that seafarers need not go to MARINA for the re-issuance of a CMP without expiration date.

However, this Authority will issue an Identification Card (ID) License valid for three (3) years once the License ID Card Printer is ready.

This Advisory took effect last 12 March 2014.
