This certifies that: The records of the Office of the Corporate Secretary show that during the Two Hundred Sixtieth (260th) Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority held last 20 March 2014 wherein there was a quorum to validly transact business, the following resolution was approved:

Resolution No. 14-03-5031

“Resolve, as it is hereby resolved, that upon recommendation of Management and without prejudice to COA Regulations and pertinent laws on the matter, the Board hereby approves the Proposed New List of Imposable Traffic Violations within the Subic Bay Freeport Zone and the Corresponding Fines/Penalties.

Resolved further, as it is hereby resolved further, that the same shall take effect immediately after 15 days from the publication thereof in a newspaper of general circulation.

Resolved finally, as it is hereby resolved finally, that Management is hereby directed to cause immediately the registration of the new list of traffic violations and the corresponding fines and penalties to the Office of the National Administrative Register (ONAR) at the University of the Philippines (UP) Law Center.

Management’s Memorandum* dated February 18, 2014 is incorporated herein by way of reference.”
