Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Article VIII of the Constitution, the following judges are hereby DESIGNATED Acting Presiding Judges in addition to their regular duties in their own court, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of the regular judges thereat or until further orders from this Court.
1. HON. SIBANAH E. USMAN, Presiding Judge, RTC, Branch 28, Catbalogan, Samar as Acting Presiding Judge of the RTC, Branch 33, Calbiga, Samar; and
2. HON. LEONILO B. APITA, Presiding Judge of the RTC, Branch 7, Tacloban City, as Acting Presiding Judge, RTC, Branch 30, Basey, Samar.
Both judges shall be entitled to reimbursement of travelling expenses and per diems and an additional expense allowance and hardship allowance as provided for in the Resolution No. 99-1-04-SC of the Court En Banc dated February 2, 1999.
