By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, Elpidio Quirino, President of the Philippines, do hereby further extend up to November 30, 1950, the period within which the Reorganization Commission created under Administrative Order No. 109, dated February 28,1950, shall submit its report and recommendation.
