WHEREAS, on 05 January 2019, Saturday, the Municipality of Tagudin, Province of llocos Sur, will mark the celebration of its 433 rd founding anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Tagudin be given full opportunity to participate and celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 05 January 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Tagudin, Province of llocos Sur.
