ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE OF IMPORTERS
Pursuant to Sections 608 and 3302 of the Tariff and Customs Code of
the Philippines in relation to CMO 23-99 the following shall be paid by
all importers:
1. An annual registration fee of One Thousand Pesos (P1,000.00) prior to the issuance by the Customs Intelligence and Investigation Service of a Certificate of Registration.
2. For subsequent annual updates of the registration, a processing fee of Five Hundred Pesos (P500.00)
All orders, rules and regulations inconsistent herewith are hereby revoked or modified accordingly.
This Order shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its approval and publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
