SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF A.C. GERONIMO/M. MONTESCLAROS ENTERPRISES (JV) AND URBAN CONSOLIDATED CONTRACTORS (PHIL) INC.
Effective 08 December 1989, A.C. GERONIMO CONSTRUCTION/M.
MONTESCLAROS ENTERPRISES (JV) and URBAN CONSOLIDATED CONTRACTORS (PHIL)
INC., as well as their respective officers and stockholders, are hereby
suspended/blacklisted for one (1) year from participating in any bidding
or entering into any contract with the Department and its line agencies
for submitting during the bidding on 03 May 1989 for the Construction
of the Second Rural Improvement Road Project, Contract Package 3A,
Maramag to Seran Road, Bukidnon-Lanao del Sur, Detailed Estimates and
Summary of Estimates which were verified to have been written by one and
the same person, per scientific comparative examination by the NBI of
the specimens thereof.
