ADJUSTMENT OF THE BUYING PRICE OF CERTIFIED AND GOOD RICE SEEDS FOR THE GRAINS PRODUCTION ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM AND REHABILITATION PROGRAM, RESPECTIVELY
The buying price for certified rice seeds as prescribed under AO No. 18, series of 1995, and good rice seeds as prescribed under Memorandum Circular No. 7, series of 1993 are hereby adjusted to P500 per 40 kg. bag of certified palay seeds and P400 per 40 kg. bag of good palay seeds.
However, the use of good seeds shall cover only those regions which were declared as typhoon calamity areas. The procurement of good seeds shall be in accordance with the standard set by the Bureau of Plant Industry.
This Order shall take effect immediately.
