[ POEA MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 07, s. 1994, January 24, 1994 ]
POSTING OF COMPANY SIGNBOARD, DOOR STICKER, POSTERS, RULES AND REGULATIONS AND ISSUANCES GOVERNING RECRUITMENT ACTIVITIES AND RELATED MATTERS
Further to Memorandum Circular No. 26, series of 1990, on the posting of Company signboard, orders, rules and regulations and issuance governing recruitment and placement activities and related matters, the POEA shall make available to all recruitment agencies. manning agencies and contracting companies, door sticker and a new set of posters relating to the following matters:
1. Guidelines Governing Compulsory Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar for all Filipino Contract Workers Including Seaman for overseas employment
2. Kaukulang Bayad ng Bawa't Aplikanteng nais Magtrabaho sa Ibang Bansa.
All concerned are hereby directed to secure these door sticker and posters from the Inspection Division, Licensing Branch not later than 15 February 1994 and to post them in a conspicuous place within their respective office premises Compliance with this Circular shall be determined by duly authorized POEA inspectors.
Strict compliance is hereby enjoined.
