DEADLINE FOR ISSUANCE OF ALLOTMENT RELEASE ORDERS AND NOTICE OF CASH ALLOCATIONS



1.0
Purpose

1.1 To inform agencies of the deadline for releasing Allotment Release Orders (AROs) and Notice of Cash Allocations (NCAs).

2.0
Guidelines

2.1 The Department of Budget and Management shall complete the issuance of AROs chargeable against the CY 1995 budget program by December 15, 1995. To avoid lapsing of NCAs, the NCA releases shall also end on the same date.

2.2 Agencies including government corporations and local government units are enjoined to submit to the concerned Budget and Finance Bureaus or Regional Offices of all the remaining requests that will require the issuance of AROs and NCAs, five (5) days before December 15 to give enough time for the evaluation/processing of the same.

2.3 Requests received after the cut-off shall be acted upon on the following year.

Effectivity

This Circular shall take effect immediately.
