SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF CCC INSURANCE CORPORATION
In view of the refusal of CCC Insurance Corporation to pay the amount of FIVE HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY THREE and 65/100 (P510,433.65) representing the unrecouped advance payment made by this Department to F.F. Mañacop Construction Co. Inc. in connection with its contract for Gravel Surfacing of the East and West Main Dikes along Manggahan Floodway Project (Package I) Rosario, Pasig, Metro Manila, to Bangyad, Taytay, Rizal, which was rescinded effective March 8, 1990 all concerned are hereby directed not to accept surety bonds issued by said Insurance Corporation to this Department and its line agencies.
