[ POEA MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 06, January 15, 1992 ]
JOB FAIR AUTHORITY
In connection with the conduct of regional/provincial job fairs for overseas employment organized by DOLE Regional Offices, all participating licensed agencies are reminded to clear all job fair activities with this Administration.
While the POEA supports the objectives of these job fairs, it must be emphasized that any form of recruitment done outside the authorized office address stated in the license of the agency must be properly cleared by this Administration in addition to the usual prerequisites involved in the grant of any job fair authority.
Any agency, therefore, found violating this Circular shall be automatically sanctioned in accordance with the Rules and Regulations Governing Overseas Employment, As Amended.
