SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF GEOSHER CONSTRUCTION
In view of the rescission of the contract of Geosher Construction for the Geometric Improvement of Pedestrian Barriers along EDSA at Cloverleaf Area, Aurora Boulevard from J.P. Rizal to Katipunan, Elliptical Road-East Avenue and V. Luna- Anonas Intersection with the Department of Transportation and Communicatios, by the Executive Director, Traffic Engineering Center, and upon his representation, Geosher Construction/George S. Hernandez, Proprietor, is hereby suspended/blacklisted for a period of one (1) year from participating in any bidding or entering into any contract with the Department and its line agencies.
Since in case of rescission the erring contractor becomes liable to the government for the difference in the cost of completing the project pursuant to P.D. 1870, all concerned are directed not to release any sum of money to Geosher Construction/George S. Hernandez without prior clearance from the Secretary.
