SPECIALIZATION REQUIREMENTS FOR THE RECRUITMENT AND DEPLOYMENT OF ENTERTAINERS FOR OVERSEAS EMPLOYMENT
Pursuant to Section 1 (paragraph 1), Rule II, Book II, and Section 2, Book VIII of the Rules and Regulations Governing Overseas Employment, all private employment agencies or entities recruiting, hiring and deploying entertainers for overseas employment have thirty (30) days from January 15, 1986 to comply with the additional requirements relative to the deployment of entertainers.
Thereafter, only agencies or entities duly inspected and certified by the Licensing and Regulation Office of this Administration, to have fully complied with the specialization requirements shall be allowed to process and deploy entertainers, as well as transact business with the Philippine Entertainment Certification Center.

Re-issued: 18 Feb. 1992
