[ DOA BAI ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 57, S. 2000, December 14, 2000 ]

AMENDING THE DA ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 03, SERIES OF 1997 (REVISED GUIDELINES AND SCHEDULES OF FEES ON THE REGISTRATION AND LICENSING OF LIVESTOCK AND POULTRY HANDLERS) OF THE BUREAU OF ANIMAL INDUSTRY



Pursuant to Executive Order No. 197, directing all Departments, Bureaus, Commissions, Agencies, Offices and Instrumentalities of the National Government including government-owned or controlled corporations to increase rates of fees and charges by not less than 20 percent, the following shall be imposed by the Marketing Development Division of the Bureau of Animal Industry for services rendered:

Section I. Licensing of livestock and poultry handlers, livestock and poultry carriers, egg handlers, milk handlers, hides and skin handler and manure/dung dealers, generally referred to as “viajeros”:

  1. Registration including certificate

Section II. Payments will be made through the Cashier’s Office of the Bureau of Animal Industry, wherein a corresponding official receipt will be issued to each applicant. In case of the registration and licensing handled by the Department of Agriculture Regional Field Units, fees collected, amounting to P200.00 per applicant will be remitted to the Cashier’s Office, Bureau of Animal Industry, Visayas Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City at the close of each month.

Section III. Repealing Clause. This Order supersedes all other orders and circulars issued consistent herewith.

Section IV. Effectivity. This revised rates of fees and charges shall take effect fifteen (15) days after publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
