CAVEAT ON THE FOLLOWING RECONSTRUCTION BONDS
Please enter Caveat against the transfer, negotiation, exchange or payment of Reconstruction Bonds 3-year 14% Loan of 1990/93 4th Series registered in the name of Republic Planters Bank (now Maybank Philippines, Inc.), as follows:
Should said Reconstruction Bonds be presented for payment or negotiation, it is requested that the person tendering the same be instructed to negotiate directly with the Government Securities Department, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, A. Mabini Street, Manila. The name and address of the person tendering the aforementioned Bonds for payment, transfer, exchange or negotiation should be secured and reported to the Government Securities Department, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
