COLLECTIBLE REGISTRATION FEES BASED ON FRANCHISE CATEGORY
It has been observed that the collectible registration fees of For Hire motor vehicles particularly utility vehicles categorized as TAXI by the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) differs from one Region to another.
For purposes of uniformity, the registration fees of utility vehicles categorized as TAXI by the LTFRB shall be computed based on the engine’s piston displacement.
This Memorandum Circular shall take effect immediately.
