(NAR) VOL. 1 NO.2 / APRIL - JUNE 1990

[ LTFRB MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 90-003, February 05, 1990 ]

DISPLAY OF I.D. CARD REQUIRED



For better control and supervision and to provide a more efficient public service, this Board hereby directs all public land transportation services to display in a conspicuous place inside the vehicle, and identification card (I.D.) containing the following data, to wit:

1.       Driver's name;

2.       Driver's address;

3.       Driver's license No.; expiry Date;

4.       Operator's name/tradename;

5.       Operator's address/telephone No.;

6.       Driver's picture (2" x 2")

In order to achieve uniformity in the implementation of this Memorandum Circular, appended hereto is the actual size of the ID.

A penalty of P200.00 shall be imposed in addition to suspension for three (3) months of the driver's license for violation of this Memorandum Circular.  Likewise the operator's franchise shall be suspended and/or revoked after due process.

This Memorandum Circular shall take effect on March 1, 1990.
