AMENDMENT TO MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 90-003
In order to give ample time to all operators of public land
transportation services within which to comply with Memorandum Circular
No. 90-003 dated February 5, 1990 regarding the display of
identification card (I.D.'s) of drivers in the entire country, the
public utility operators are given until April 30, 1990 to comply with
the said Memorandum Circular.
