Program materials such as trailers for television and programs approved on second review and by the MTRCB Appeals Committee in the Office of the President shall be sealed in a plastic bag together with a certified photocopy of their respective Permits to Exhibit. The plastic bag will bear the signature of any of the following officers, specimen signatures of which are written below:

2.    (SGD.) Vicmar A. Turtal

We also reiterate the provisions of Memorandum Circular No. 00-01 regarding the need to secure a valid Permit to Exhibit prior to the exhibition of any television material. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in the imposition of the appropriate sanctions on the program producers and the TV station airing the same, whether or not the material be produced by the station or by independent producers.

For your information and strict compliance.
