SUSPENDING/BLACKLISTING SUNBIRD EQUIPMENT CENTER, INCORPORATED
As penalty to Sunbird Equipment Center, Inc. for its failure and or
refusal to comply with the terms and conditions of Purchase Order No.
BOE-0456-89 dated April 13, 1989, without valid cause, the said Sunbird
Equipment Center, Incorporated and its officer/stockholders are
suspended/blacklisted from participating in any bidding or entering into
any contract with the Department and its line agencies for a period of
one (1) year effective February 16, 1990.
