[ BFD BUREAU CIRCULAR NO. 3-A, S. 1995, October 09, 1995 ]
REVISED AND/OR UPDATED LISTS OF INGREDIENTS OR SUBSTANCES IN COSMETICS RECOMMENDED AFTER A SERIES OF REVIEW AND STUDIES BY THE BFAD-INDUSTRY JOINT STUDY GROUP.
Accordingly, it has issued the Bureau Order No. 101-H, s. 1995 amending Section III up to VI of the MC No. 19-A, s. 1992.
Additionally, it has also adopted the recommended guidelines in the labelling of cosmetics, as a Memorandum No. 21, s. 1995 addressed to BFAD personnel who are responsible for evaluating cosmetic claims.
