[ MMDA RESOLUTION NO. 13, July 18, 1996 ]
ADOPTING ORDINANCE NO. 128, SERIES OF 1993 DECLARING CERTAIN AREAS IN MADALUYONG AS COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL AREAS
WHEREAS, the Metro Manila Council has passed Resolution No. 12, Series of 1991 Adopting Uniform Guidelines for Re-Zoning within the Metro Manila Area;
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan of Mandaluyong passed Ordinance No. 128, Series of 1993 declaring certain areas in Mandaluyong as Commercial and Industrial, Certified True Copy of said resolution is hereto attached as Annex A thereof;
WHEREAS, said Ordinance 128, Series of 1993 conforms with the Uniform Guidelines for Re-Zoning as embodied in Resolution No. 12, Series of 1991 of the Metro Manila Council;
NOW,THEREFORE, the Metropolitan Manila Council in session assembled resolves as it hereby resolves to ratify as it hereby ratifies Ordinance No. 128, Series of 1993 declaring certain areas in Mandaluyong as commercial and industrial areas;
This Resolution takes effect upon its approval.
