[ HLURB ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 11, S. 1995, November 15, 1995 ]
RESOLUTION NOS. R-573 AND R-576, THE 1995 REVISED SCHEDULE OF FEES
1. The 1995 HLRB Schedule of Fees, Annex A* of this Order, was approved by the Board of Commissioners under Resolution No. R-573 on 10 July 1995, and Resolution No. R-576 on 09 October 1995 (with respect to Item X, Legal Fees).
2. The complete revised schedule was published in Today on 26 October 1995 and in Malaya on 03 November 1995, and therefore takes effect fifteen (15) days after the last publication or on 18 November 1995.
3. The new schedule shall apply to applications, requests, petitions, complaints and other transactions, filed with and/or received by the Board units and regional offices on 18 November 1995 and thereafter.
