VIDEOGRAM IN VCD FORMAT
Please be advised of the following Resolution No. 01-11-13 approved by the Videogram Regulatory Board during its regular meeting of 28 November 2001 at 3rd Floor CSP Bldg., 815 Quezon Avenue, Quezon City.
Resolved, as it is hereby resolved, that the Board hereby imposes as additional requirements the submission of a copy of the reviewed and classified videogram in VCD format ready for commercial disposition in the Philippine market for verification and reference purposes.
This memorandum shall take effect immediately.
