ACCEPTANCE BY LICENSING CENTERS OF ALL VALID MEDICAL CERTIFICATES DULY REFERRED OR ENDORSED BY THE HEAD OF THE DISTRICT OFFICE



Due to the numerous complaints received by the undersigned regarding the non-acceptance of valid medical certificates issued by LTO-Accredited Physicians outside their jurisdiction and area of responsibility, all Heads of District Offices are hereby directed to duly refer or endorse applicants with valid medical certificate to the proper LTO district offices and/or licensing centers.

Furthermore, all Chief of Licensing Centers are directed to accept all duly referred or endorsed valid medical certificates coming from other District Offices.

All orders/memoranda in conflict herewith are deemed superseded.
