DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY SCHEDULE OF FEES AND CHARGES
In compliance with Executive Order No. 197 dated 13 January 2000,
directing all departments, bureaus, commissions, agencies, offices and
instrumentalities of the National Government, including Government-Owned
or Controlled Corporations, to increase their rates of fees and charges
by not less than 20 percent (20%), following are the revised fees and
charges to be collected by the Department of Energy effective fifteen
(15) days after the last publication thereof in two newspapers of
general circulation once a week for two consecutive weeks:
