RESOLUTION NO. R-789, S. 2006, APPROVING VOLUME 1, A GUIDE TO COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN PREPARATION, NEW EDITION

WHEREAS, the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) is mandated to promulgate zoning and other land use control standards and guidelines, which shall govern land use plans and zoning ordinances of local governments, pursuant to Section 5 (a) of Executive Order No. 648;
WHEREAS, the Board updated the current Guidelines on the Formulation and Revision of Comprehensive Land Use Plans (CLUPs) as part of its continuing efforts to respond to national policy issuances and feedback from LGUs and other stakeholders;
WHEREFORE, RESOLVED as it is hereby RESOLVED that VOLUME 1, A GUIDE TO COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN PREPARATION, hereto attached[*] be APPROVED.
