MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 8, SERIES OF 1994
This is to remind all concerned that Memorandum Circular No. 8, Series of 1994 prescribing the minimum age of twenty-five years for female household workers should be strictly adhered to.
Effective immediately, no exemption except for household workers bound for countries covered by appropriate circulars or directives, shall be granted by the Administration.
