MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 18 SERIES OF 1994 DATED AUGUST 11, 1994 AND SEPTEMBER 20, 1994
Administrative Order No. 32 s. 1994 on Instructions Governing the Preparation, Classification, Review, Approval, Dissemination, Use and Monitoring of Administrative Issuances, defines an Administrative Order as an issuance which provides policies, general standards, rules and guidelines to implement health laws.
The subject memorandum on Additional Labelling Requirement for Pre-packed Food Product should be passed as an administrative order.
In view of the foregoing, the above-subject is hereby recalled and its effectivity suspended until the subject matter thereof is approved as an Administrative Order by the Secretary of Health.
The circular takes effect immediately.
