[ BOC MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 5, S. 1991, July 31, 1991 ]
CLASSIFICATION OF PRISONERS
Supplementary to Memorandum Order No. 2, s. 1991, dated 23 July 1991, and as guidelines for the reclassification of prisoners, the following prisoners shall be classified from medium security to minimum security, to wit:
1. Those who have served 50% of their minimum or 1/3 of their maximum sentence, excluding GCTA, as appropriate.
2. First offenders who have no record of escape and are physically and mentally fit.
3. For househelp, those not convicted of crimes against chastity, robbery, theft and illegal possession of firearms.
4. Those with no history of alcoholism, drug addiction, or mental/emotional disturbance.
5. Those not less than 30 years old.
