COMPLIANCE WITH SUBSECTION 2161.16 OF THE MANUAL OF REGULATIONS FOR BANKS AND OTHER FINANCIAL INTERMEDIARIES BOOK II
For purposes of compliance with Subsection 2161.16 of the Manual of Regulations for Banks and Other Financial Intermediaries, Book II, which requires the adoption by thrift banks of a uniform system of accounts, attached is the consolidated Manual of Accounts for Thrift Banks[*], revised, 1991, approved and prescribed by the Monetary Board under its Resolution No. 349 dated April 10, 1992 for adoption/implementation by all thrift banks under the guidelines/regulations prescribed therein, effective as of semester beginning July 1, 1992.
