RELEASE ON BAIL



Effective immediately, all Orders for Release on Bail of detainees and/or respondents in Deportation Cases shall be signed only by the Commissioner and, under the following circumstances:

1. The respondent and his/her counsel or in the absence of the latter, the nearest of kin or representative shall be present at the time of the signing of the Order; and

2. In all cases, the above-mentioned persons shall be duly apprised of the conditions of the Bail, the amount of the Cash Bond, the legal charges which are all contained in the Order, that the payments therefor will be issued Official Receipts and that no other fees shall be charged except for those enumerated in the Order.
