RATES OF CUSTOMS BROKERAGE FEES
Pursuant to the provision of Section 651 of the Revised Administrative Code and Section 608 of the Tariff and Customs Code of the Philippines (TCCP), as amended by Presidential Decree No. 1464, the rates of Customs Brokerage Fees charged by the Customs Brokers and Brokerage Firms in all ports of the Philippines shall be, as follows:
I. Formal/Warehousing Entries and Transshipment. For services rendered to clear shipments covered by FormaI/Ware housing Entries and Transshipment:
Over P200.000 - P5.300 on the first P200,000 plus or 3-eight of one percent in excess thereof.
II. Informal Entries. For services rendered to clear shipments covered by Informal Entries:
III. Export Declarations. For services rendered to clear shipments covered by export declarations, one-half of the new rates specified under the preceding paragraph I.
IV. Other Services. For other services, specifically, in relation to -
All other rules, regulations or orders inconsistent herewith are hereby modified and/or superseded accordingly.
This Order shall take effect fifteen (15) days after approval and publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the Philippines.
