RATES OF CUSTOMS BROKERAGE FEES



Pursuant to the provision of Section 651 of the Revised Administrative Code and Section 608 of the Tariff and Customs Code of the Philippines (TCCP), as amended by Presidential Decree No. 1464, the rates of Customs Brokerage Fees charged by the Customs Brokers and Brokerage Firms in all ports of the Philippines shall be, as follows:

I.          Formal/Warehousing Entries and Transshipment. For services rendered to clear shipments covered by FormaI/Ware housing Entries and Transshipment:

This Order shall take effect fifteen (15) days after approval and publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the Philippines.
