SUBMISSION OF SPURIOUS DOCUMENTS IN OBTAINING WORK VISAS AT THE EMBASSY OF ISRAEL



The Embassy of Israel has reported to the POEA several incidents of submission of spurious medical certifications and other documents by some hired workers of recruitment agencies in obtaining B/1 working visas.

In order to avoid similar occurrences, all overseas Filipino workers bound for Israel as well as its deploying agencies are hereby warned from doing such illegal acts. Agencies who are found to have knowledge or party to the submission of such documents shall be dealt with accordingly. Workers who are found guilty of submitting spurious documents shall be included in the list of persons who are disqualified from participating in the overseas employment program.
