AUTHORITY FOR LTO QUEZON CITY TO REGISTER IMPORTED MOTOR VEHICLES



In the best interest of the service and in order to render better public service, authority is hereby granted to LTO Quezon City District Office to accept registration of all imported motor vehicles except Diplomatic and Other Exempt Vehicles and those auctioned at Subic, Malinta and Valenzuela.

The Chief, Quezon City District Office is required to strictly comply with the mandatory supporting documents in the registration of said motor vehicles and in accordance with the existing rules and regulations. Likewise, he is required to submit a monthly report of all registered imported motor vehicles using the attached format. Submission of said report shall be on or before the 7th day of the succeeding month to the Management Information Division, Central Office, copy furnished the Registration Section, Operations Division and the LTO National Capital Region.

This order shall take effect immediately.
