COLLECTION OF COMPUTER FEES
Upon successful completion of the functional and operational testing, Certificates of Acceptance of an IT Facility (CAIFs) for the following modules of the Motor Vehicle Registration System (MVRS), Driver’s Licensing System (DLS), and Revenue Collection System (RCS), were issued last June 7, 2002, for the following District Offices and Licensing Centers in Region 3 stated herein:
Motor Vehicle Registration System (MVRS)
Driver’s Licensing System (DLS)
Revenue Collection System (RCS)
Region 3 District Offices and Licensing Centers with CAIFs.
Accordingly, in compliance with the LTO-IT Project Build-Own-Operate (BOO) Agreement, you are hereby directed to commence the collection of computer fees on 01 July 2002, for the foregoing modules of the MVRS and DLS as follows:
